Drink Cello at Edinburgh Cocktail Week 2026
We’re Bringing Cello to the Capital 🍋
Edinburgh Cocktail Week is back this October, and this year Drink Cello will be part of it.
From Friday 2nd to Sunday 11th October 2026, Edinburgh Cocktail Week takes over the city, with the Cocktail Village at Festival Square acting as its main hub.
For us, it’s another exciting step for Drink Cello as we bring our Scottish-made Crema di Limoncello to one of the biggest cocktail events in Scotland.
What Is Edinburgh Cocktail Week?
Edinburgh Cocktail Week is a celebration of cocktails, bars and drinks brands from across Scotland and beyond.
At the heart of the festival is the Cocktail Village at Festival Square, described as a “clubhouse for cocktail lovers”.
The Cocktail Village will be open from 12pm until 11pm from Friday 2nd to Sunday 11th October, with an earlier 8pm closing time on Sundays.
Visitors can expect 25+ pop-up bars, £6 cocktails, live music, DJs, street food, lawn games and plenty more throughout the ten-day festival.
And in 2026, Drink Cello will be joining the line-up.
Where Can You Find Drink Cello?
Drink Cello will be available through Bevanda & Co at the Cocktail Village, giving Edinburgh Cocktail Week visitors the chance to discover our creamy take on an Italian classic.
We launched Drink Cello with one goal: to take the traditional Crema di Limoncello our family grew up with in Italy and introduce it to a new generation here in Scotland.
Our recipe is inspired by our family's roots in Molise, Italy, but Drink Cello is produced right here in Edinburgh, Scotland.
That makes Edinburgh Cocktail Week a particularly special one for us.
Scotland's Crema di Limoncello
If you've never tried Crema di Limoncello, think of the familiar fresh citrus flavour of limoncello, but with a smoother, creamier finish.
Drink Cello is made using milk and condensed milk, rather than cream, alongside lemon and alcohol to create a smooth 15% ABV drink.
We also keep things simple. There are no artificial colours, preservatives, additives or emulsifiers in Cello.
The result is our modern take on the Italian drink our family has enjoyed around the table for generations.
Traditionally Italian, unapologetically Scottish.
What Else Is at the Cocktail Village?
Drink Cello will be joining a huge selection of drinks brands and Edinburgh favourites at Festival Square.
The 2026 line-up includes names such as Tito's Vodka, Teremana Tequila, Guinness, Moët & Chandon, Licor 43, Grey Goose, Pickering's Gin, El Jimador Tequila, Buck's Bar, Bevanda & Co and many more.
There will also be a street food market featuring Dough Lala, The Carb Club and KO Flame Cooking, alongside live entertainment throughout the festival.
Whether you're heading along specifically for cocktails or simply looking for something different to do in Edinburgh this October, there will be plenty to explore.
